Help Ex Royal Engineer into rehab

My partner of 2 years and father of our 10 month old has a history of cocaine and alcohol abuse but in recent months has become worse, he’s an ex royal engineer and I believe he’s seen things on tours  he can’t erase from his mind. He’s a fantastic man and great father but with demons he needs to get rid of - he’s ready to tackle this problem head on but he’s tried drs, counsellors and AA meetings but they’ve not helped so we believe a residential stay at a rehab centre is our next step - he has 2 other children aged 7 and 10 and wants to beat these addictions not just for himself but for his children as well but at a cost of at least £5000 for a 28 day stay we don’t have that sort of money so I’m hoping you will have as much faith in him as I do to beat this and donate- a clinic in Portsmouth has a space for him as soon as we have the money - so please please can you help me give him his life back and help prevent me having to tell his children he’s no longer with us because I fear if he carries on like this that’s what will happen. . . thank you so so much in advance
