Help Evergreen Move to a New Home!

Evergreen Day School provides high quality, play based learning to preschool age children in the greater Cambridge-Belmont Area. At EDS we want young children to develop a healthy and enriching first school experience through a diversified, integrated and child-centered program. Evergreen welcomes toddlers - 5 years old in a rich curriculum that strives to meet the social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs of each child. That’s why our program has been awarded “#1 Preschool in Cambridge” for six years in a row by Reader’s Choice Awards.
We are excited to announce our plans to expand to a new site allowing our community to grow even larger. We have been fortunate to raise over $150k thru gofundme as well as from a group of influential alumni and Board members who know the school so well but we need the support of ALL our friends and the community to get the job done! The new site for Evergreen is right out front of the Sancta Maria campus in the small freestanding brick building. It‘s loaded with windows and light, overlooking the Fresh Pond Golf Course. Each classroom will be larger with its own bathroom. The Motor Room expands to include a Maker Space and can be available for family events. We are renovating the inside of the building with a goal to be in the new site by September 2021.
We are pleased with the wonderful progress this campaign has had thus far, but we are in need of additional gifts to close the gap for additional expenses related to the project. Read more about the project and great benefits from your support here in our Brochure Consider making a donation today!
