Help Ernie with Medical Costs

I am asking for emergency financial assistance for my brother, Ernie. Ernie was in Cabo San Lucas on a fishing trip  with some friends and while swimming in the pool with some kids that were also staying at his hotel he hit his head and was unresponsive for at least 4 very long minutes. They pulled him out of the pool and with the help of friends and bystanders who performed CPR he came to but has suffered a serious head injury and required many stitches. His injuries are very serious and he needs constant monitoring. Ernie is self employed and has no medical insurance at this time and just getting him decent medical attention while he is there is very costly. We’re still not sure about how to get him home safely because with a head injury flying is not safe as many complications can occur.
