sarcoidosis induced heart block.

October 11th of 2018 I was rushed to the ER with a heart rate of 28 bpm. since then I have discovered my electrical system in my heart was destroyed by an illness called Sarcoidosis. it has damaged both my heart and lungs. since then as I have strived to get back to functional, I have missed tons of work and have fallen behind on my bills a bit. things are looking up as I get a new and more advanced pacemaker installed on Nov 11th but i'm financially strapped.  please help if you can :)
