Love and healing for Erica

Dear family and friends,
After many visits to doctors and ER since January in March my sister Erica Danese became paralyzed from waist down and was very sick. She was admitted to hospital. While at the hospital she had many tests and high dose steroid treatments she was then diagnosed w neuromyelitis optica. This is a rare disease w no cure. Treatment is w same meds as cancer patients which is used to help prevent recurring attacks. She can now walk short distances but is still weak fatigue and in pain. Her life turned upside down in a flash.
She is fighting hard to get better however, with a family, being out from work, paying for her health insurance, plus all the medical bill's that are adding up on top of regular bill's she will need support from family and friends now more than ever. I'm asking we all come together to show our support emotionally and financially.
All of you that know her know she would never ask anyone for help. I want her to concentrate on getting better and her amazing 7 year old son who has been so strong through this, without feeling the financial burden or facing judgement. She has fought strong through severe illness before as a child which was extremely difficult and traumatic. If we can all band together to make this time a little easier filled w love support positive vibes and many prayers we would all be so grateful.
