Early Saturday morning, Erica's life was changed forever. While crossing the street, she was struck by a large black SUV in a horrifying hit-and-run accident. The driver fled the scene, leaving her seriously injured in the middle of the road. Thankfully, some good Samaritans pulled her to safety and stayed with her until help arrived.

Erica has suffered serious injuries and faces a long road to recovery. As a single mom to a young child, she works two jobs and also fosters cats for the Humane Society — always giving back to her community.

Now she needs us to rally around her.

She will be unable to work for an unknown period of time, and medical bills are already beginning to pile up. There may also be legal expenses related to the ongoing investigation.
