Help Eric get life on track after his amputation

Hello generous donors. I am seeking assistance with the massive expenses related to my condition. My ankle started collapsing last year, and I sought medical assistance. Unfortunately the advice I received was not very sound.

My condition continued to worsen and I was on a wait list to see a foot and ankle specialist. I waited months for a phone call that would never come. The  ankle got worse, and eventually had to be amputated. I have not been able to work since June, and all of my saving s have dried up. I have a huge number of expenses for prosthetics, mobility equipment and upgrades to my family home.

I have made a career working as a Chef, which is my lifelong passion rivalled only by my love fro my wife and daughter. All contributions will assist me directly in getting life back to as normal as can be. I really want to get back into the kitchen, which is my natural environment for work, and back to a point where I can try to keep up with a boisterous 4 year old. 

I know that there are so many people out there that need help more than I do, but any contributions to my cause would greatly improve my standard of living and presence in our family unit. Thanks to all in advance for your kind support!
