<div>Incorrect COVID-19 test results caused them to be hospitalized for 10 days. During that time they couldn’t advocate for themselves in a meaningful way, and most critically, couldn’t work because their computer was at home.

<div>At the time, they held a fully remote position — a job that should have been secure even during a pandemic. But being unexpectedly unreachable for 10 days cost them that job.
