<div>Hey Everyone, I hope all is well :)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Trevaun Douglas, and I’m the organizer of this fundraiser and the founder of Mind On Strength, a grassroots youth empowerment initiative based in Lawrence Heights, Toronto.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the past few years, I’ve been organizing community programs to support youth and families through mentorship, movement, education, and healing. What started as small back-to-school giveaways has grown into year-round programming focused on helping youth rise above adversity and unlock their full potential.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is not just for back-to-school, it’s about building a full year of opportunity and support for youth who need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Specifically, your support will help provide:
</div>
<div><strong>1) Back-to-school essentials – </strong>Backpacks, notebooks, and school supplies
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>2) Sneakers and clothing</strong> – Proper gear for school and physical activities
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>3) Haircuts and braids</strong> – To help kids feel fresh and confident
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>4) Grocery cards and emergency food boxes</strong> – For struggling families
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>5) Mental health resources </strong>– Safe spaces, healing circles, and support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>6) Youth field trips &amp; retreats</strong> – To explore, reflect, and grow outside their neighborhood
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>7) Lawrence Heights Youth Run Club</strong> – A community-based program helping youth develop leadership, fitness, and discipline
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>8) Experiential learning &amp; enrichment </strong>– Chess, spelling bees, workshops, financial literacy, and life skills
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>9) Scholarships and bursaries </strong>– For education, training, and post-secondary support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>10) Community events </strong>– Like Hoops &amp; Harmony and creative safe-space gatherings
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal this year is to raise <strong>$50,000</strong> to sustain these programs throughout the year and ensure no youth is left behind due to lack of resources.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’ve already begun our back-to-school efforts, and now we’re building toward a full year of support, growth, and transformation.

<div>I’m incredibly grateful for every person who shares, donates, or simply believes in what we’re building. Your support helps take one more burden off a young person’s shoulders and replaces it with hope, confidence, and opportunity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being part of this movement.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
