<div>My name is Emmit.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At three years old, I fell into the creek that runs along the property line while playing with my sister. I went without oxygen for three minutes. I was revived but left with cerebral palsy. I have always tried to work as much as I can, but most people don't want to risk me getting hurt because of my disability. I may not do things like everyone else, but I always keep myself busy and maintain a positive attitude. It is difficult for me to have financial stability because of this.

<div>My sister Leah also lives on my family's property with her three children aged 3, 5, and 9. She is a beautiful fiddle player and an amazing mother. She works very hard to keep food on the table, but between being a single parent juggling multiple schedules, it is difficult for her to work a full-time job.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My mom also lives with us, and as she has gotten older, it can be a struggle keeping it all together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I have my sights set on starting a bee farm as a means to have financial stability.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But my family and I need your help. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will serve as a means for our day-to-day lives as well as future success.
</div>

</div>
<div>The house that we grew up in burned down in 2019, which left a dent on our lives that we are still recovering from. Hurricane Helene left more devastation on our land as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I have never been one to ask people for things, but I am getting older and my family and I need your assistance.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, and may your day be filled with love and light.
