Help Emmanuel Walk Again

Please help, Emmanuel Juan, is 19 years old and was in a terrible car accident, due to the severity the driver and passenger were killed. Emmanuel was severely injured and requires several operations. Unfortunately, his family is very poor and cannot afford to pay for them.
