HELP EMMA GO TO DISNEY WORLD

Hello, My name is Erin Adams Brasero. The beautiful little girl in the photo you see above is my niece , Emma. Emma was born with many serious health Issues , including Cerebral Palsy , which cause her to have multiple seizures and very limited ability to use any basic motor skills. Emma has had to go through several surgeries , and she has even broken bones as her body is so fragile. Emma has had a pretty rough year as she has had several recent bouts of pneumonia which have compromised her delicate immune system. Children with health issues like The ones Emma has , are not expected To live long and healthy lives. This year has been a rough one for her , but Emma has defied all the odds. My brother , Jeff Adams and his wife, Hannah are phenomenal parents. Jeff works extremely hard for his family, Hannah works very hard at home to make sure that Emma is taken care of by administering Emma's medicine and feeding Emma as she can eat only through the G-tube port in her stomach. Regardless of the issues Emma faces, She has brought something so special to the world , and every life she has touched is a living testament of how very special Emma is. My brother and sister in law Have dreamed for a very long time of Taking Emma to the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Fl , to have one day out together as a family; something most of us take for granted everyday. My brother was my very first friend and My little sidekick growing up. His family is his world . I want to give Emma her day to Be a princess at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
