Help Emily (McDermott) Miller

Donation protected
Hey everyone,
Not sure if everyone has heard or not, but one of our classmates, Emily McDermott, recently had a major stroke. She was given a medication called TPA to dissolve the clot, but was flown by helicopter to UW Madison in case further intervention was needed. Luckily, according to Sarah, Emily’s sister, the TPA did what it was supposed to do and she was not required to have the clot removed invasively. That being said, Emily still has some neurological deficits to work on. Emily is being moved from UW to  to an inpatient rehab facility where she will undergo extensive occupational, physical, and speech therapy to improve those deficits. With the permission of Emily and her family, I would LOVE if we could all support Emily in her long recovery ahead. Either financially, with prayer, or both!
