I made this GoFundMe because I am needing financial support while homeless after facing months of intimate partner violence and an eviction.

Hello! I'm Emileo. I am 35 years old, and living in upstate NY.

I just ended a relationship with someone I was living with who was abusing me, physically, sexually, verbally, and emotionally.

When I ended the relationship and called the police after the last time he assaulted me, he left the house and had his family start the eviction to get me out.

Now I am basically stranded in an unfamiliar state, with no means to provide even basic necessities for myself.

I have a job interview lined up, but I am unable to reapply for EBT or get housing through the Department of Social Services until May.

I don't drive and I've never gotten a license, so getting anywhere is challenging for me. I have to walk to food pantries to get enough to eat to make it week to week.

I have nowhere to go as of Monday, March 30th.

I'm hoping I can be blessed with enough support to have food to have something to eat each day, to be able to clean my clothing, maybe purchase a tent, get some hygiene products/toiletries, bus fare, and make it by until I start working and make a paycheck.

My long term goal is to be in a position where I am able to help others going through struggles themselves.
