<div>EDIT - Thank you for your support..now that the dust is settling, Emi was able to make some calculations for what she needs, and I have lowered the target at her request
</div>
<div>* Hi my name is Tiffany, and I'm fundraising for a dear friend Emi, who lost her home and all belongings in a fierce wildfire in the Alentejo, south Portugal afew days ago. Thankfully Emi and her dog evacuated safely, but only had time to gather important documents and a small bag of clothes. They are well, but in shock, like many people in the region. This fire affected over 1,500 hectares - probably more, it burned for afews days while firefighters battled to get it under control.
</div>
<div>Emi has a temporary place to live for the next two months, staying with a friend locally so she can continue working. Already Emi worked hard to buy her caravan, which is not cheap here. She and a friend fitted it out, connected a small solar system and cleared land, and made an outdoor kitchen so she could fulfil her dream to live on the land.

<div>This is all gone now, sadly. After and before shots follow.

<div>If you can help, with just €5 or even just the price of a coffee, this would help Emi to get back on her feet and find home and security again. Amazingly, She can see with wisdom, perspective and the realisation of everything being impermanent, but really needs this practical help.
