Hi, my name is Emery. For the last few months, I’ve been trying to get myself and my dog, Zhara, out of an abusive situation. I have most of the major needs set up, but I keep running into financial road blocks, so I am turning to you all for help.

Most recently, I found out that my car needs major emergency repairs that have to be fixed before I can use it to move safely. I’ve paid all the fees and deposits at my new apartment and was planning to move this week, but now I don’t have the money to make either the car repairs or the move happen.

I’m on disability, so even a good month is usually tight and I don’t know where to turn right now. The hope is to raise $2500 to cover the remaining car and move expenses. If you’re able to donate or share, Zhara and I would be eternally grateful. Thank you very much for your time and generosity.
