Ellie was purchased from a flea market as the most adorable puppy. When her family got her home they noticed something was off. They struggled to help her thrive, but she spent her days terrified... hiding under tables, falling into the pool, whimpering all day and night. Not being able to provide her the life she deserved, they turned to H.A.L.O.  When Ellie arrived she was surrounded with love and behavioral support, but we also noticed a deeper problem to her fear. We brought her to a specialist and they determined she had a very aggressive form of cataracts. Not being able to see well, just shadows and even her own  floaters in her eyes was causing her tremendous fear of the world around her.  This was sad but good news. It means that Ellie has a chance to live a full and wonderful life! We are asking for help with Ellie's medical bills. In total $4900.00. We will be able to provide her cataract surgery to give her full vision... for the first time in her life! We are super excited to see this dream come true for Ellie, but we can't do it without your support.
