Help Elli Move Away From an Abusive Household

I'm raising money to help my friend Elli move out from an abusive household. As a gay woman of color, her options are extremely limited.
Her mother is emotionally and physically abusive, has access to her bank account, and regularly steals her money, as well as searching her room for money and ways to emotionally blackmail her.
The extent of her manipulation includes installing a keylogger on her computer, taking her out of school, as well as giving her ultimatums about her leaving.
In addition, she cant go to the police, since has to care for her younger sister, and doesn't want to see her going into a hospice.
Furthermore, she has repeatedly called her slurs such as d*ke, threatened death upon her if she ever comes out as gay and thrown out any clothing she has deemed too “masculine" forcing her to either face the humiliating act of jumping into the trash to get it back, or wearing different clothes altogether.
Her mother has also repeatedly neglected her, on one occasion when she was too sick to get up for food and water, she refused to take her to a doctor, and went on a trip to London to meet her friends, leaving Elli only able to hope her aunt would happen to come over and bring her necessities. In addition, when having an anaphylactic shock from her medication, her mother wouldn't pick up her phone, leading to delayed medical attention, and further health complications that still impact her.
Funds will go towards the costs of moving, including a deposit, rent and food. While we don't have a deadline, the sooner we have the money the better. We're aiming to start the moving process in about a month to a month and a half, and all donations of whatever size are sincerely appreciated. Nobody should be forced into living under these conditions.
