Ella, our beloved chihuahua of 11 years, still has a lot of life to live. However, she had a lot of medical setbacks this year starting the moment I went into the hospital to give birth to our beautiful baby boy Liam. We spent $8k throughout the year to help her feel better for an issue of unknown origins causing symptoms. It was finally resolved after 8 months and then she had a whole body infection that landed her in the dog ICU for a week. With specialists, testing, and treatment we saved her life and the doctors say she has years of life left in her! They told us she would have died without treatment and she beat the odds ❤️❤️! She should be able to come home this week! However that cost us another $12k (and counting) that we were not expecting. We are selling things and taking on extra work but because of other unexpected bills this year, we have made the hard decision to start a Go Fund Me to help us pay our Care Credit down. If we meet our goal, we can cut our debt in half. If you can, we would appreciate a gift. Instead of a Christmas present, consider donating to our debt for the doggie. Thank you!
