<div>Ella is 6.5 years old. While playing outside with her sister, Ella hurt herself. When we brought her into the vet, we were expecting a sprain, broken bone, or that her Erlichia was acting up again, but no, they said she tore her ACL.

<div> Ella is generally very indestructible—she’s tough and resilient, but this injury has taken her out. Unfortunately, the cost of surgery and the physical therapy she’ll need afterward is more than we can afford right now.
