On February 22, 2026, I was returning home from Oklahoma City with my friend Lawrence. I wasn't feeling well, so I asked Lawrence to drive my vehicle. Since he has his own insurance, I didn't think about needing to add him to mine. Unfortunately, while we were driving between 8:30 and 9:00pm, Lawrence accidentally hit a deer. The impact caused significant damage to the front end of my handicap accessible van.

 This van is my only way to get to work, attend my doctor's appointments, and manage my daily life independently. Because Lawrence wasn't listed on my insurance, the repairs aren't covered, and I'm now left without reliable transportation. This situation has made it incredibly difficult for me to keep up with my responsibilities and maintain my independence.
