Help Elizabeth Craven Achieve Her Hope of Becoming a Dentist

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Craven!

I'm a 26-year-old college student, mother, and a follower of Christ. I moved to Texas, trusting in God’s plan, to pursue my dream of becoming a Doctor of Dental Surgery. After overcoming many, many obstacles, I am overjoyed to share that this December, I will graduate with my bachelor’s degree!

Throughout this journey, I’ve taken on more than 10 classes each semester, striving to excel academically by the grace of God. I’ve maintained a 3.8 GPA and am honored to be a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the National Leadership Honor Society. It hasn’t been easy, but God’s strength has guided me through every challenge. Now, I’m so close to taking the next step toward applying for dental school.

Here’s what I need to move forward:

Dental Admissions Test (DAT): $550 (including taxes)

Biochemistry Course: $900

Organic Chemistry Course: $600

Total cost: $2,050

Unfortunately, I’ve maxed out my undergraduate financial aid and loans, and with my current fixed income, it’s been hard to cover these costs.
