Help Eli get his top surgery

My name is Eli and I am a transgender male. I am trying to get double incision top surgery. By getting this surgery it will help me be my true self out in public and out in this world My insurance won’t cover it, so I have to pay the cost of everything out of pocket Including everything that includes the appointments the surgery it’s self the after care and the stay in Austin after the surgery I know there is a community that can help me get to my goal to get my top surgery I have been trying to fight the incurrence for a couple years to get my top surgery but they won’t budge they say it is a cosmetic surgery and it won’t be for a couple years till they approve it to cover it but i do have everything I need to get everything started just not the medical expenses to get the surgery Anything will help and will be very appreciated and taken to my heart
