My name is Eleanor and after much hesitation, I decided to start a GoFundMe campaign for my essential gender affirming surgeries.
I've been on hormones for the past four years and while that has led to significant changes in my appearance, I'm looking to make some additional changes through top surgery and facial feminization surgery. My consultations for these procedures are in March 2021 with plans to begin surgery toward the end of 2021. I'm hoping to complete these aspects of my transition by mid-2022. The funds raised will go towards my surgeries with a small amount allotted to aftercare expenses.
For many trans women, both augmentation and FFS can not only contribute to a healthy self image but is essential in making your way through the world feeling like yourself, remaining safe and combatting feelings of gender dyshoria.

The goal is to soften masculinized features into a shape more typically recognized as feminine. FFS is commonly pursued by transgender women or assigned male at birth (AMAB) non-binary trans people.
