Help Elderly Friend Overcome Mover's Extortion

My name is Pastor Lucille "CeCee" Mills. I am raising funds for my friend who is an elder and disabled. She has not been able to work in ten years. She has exhausted her resources as she fights for disability coverage. In the meantime, she decided to downsize. She contacted a mover who guaranteed her a flat rate of $4634.00 at the end of loading, the mover asked for over $13,600 more. They claimed she had more inventory than given in the estimate. This was not true as she had another professional moving company give her an exhaustive list in their quote. Her furniture was supposed to be delivered on November the 13th. They refused without full payment. I have been helping to apply pressure and have gotten them to honor the original quote price but they are asking for her to sign a release from further liability. If you watch the one minute video you will see how they treated her sofa. She says she can only imagine how they unloaded her belongings after realizing they could not force her to come up with their extortion. In the meantime, she has had to re-buy the basics.
