His older brother, José Antonio Cocotl Quintero, has been missing since Friday, June 27, 2025, from Omealca, Veracruz. José Antonio is a 22-year-old taxi driver who disappeared while driving taxi unit #131 along the Xúchiles–Cuichapa road.

<div>He was last heard from around 3:00 p.m. and since then, all contact has been lost. The family has been desperately searching for him with no success. I am asking for any help—financial or informational—that can bring José Antonio home to his family.

<div>José Antonio is 1.69m tall, has a medium build, light brown skin.

<div>David has been living in Artesia, California, with his aunt and uncle, separated from his parents, so he could pursue an education in the United States. Despite many personal challenges, he just graduated from Gahr High School with resilience and determination.

<div>Now, David and his mother had to leave their homes to travel to Veracruz to search for him, leaving the rest of the family behind in Tijuana. They have been pouring all their time, energy, and money into finding José Antonio, and are now financially exhausted.
