<div>Update: 12/8/2023 - Yesterday Edo was finally able to be seen at the pain clinic. His condition keeps him in a great deal of pain so he was relieved to finally get into this appointment. However, the pain medication he is needing requires a prior authorization from the insurance company. Due to today being Friday we are not sure when/if he will be able to pick up this medication. It truly is always something!

<div>My name is Hamida Muhammad, and I'm the younger sister of Edo/Edward Moody. I've set up this fundraiser to help my elder brother with his medical expenses, treatments, and other costs that his insurance won't cover. Unfortunately, Edo has been diagnosed with heart failure, neuropathy, and diabetes. His heart failure is causing him to retain excessive water weight and difficulty breathing. The neuropathy and diabetes have caused severe nerve pain and large sores on his feet, which could lead to him losing his toes.

<div>Ed is only 48 years old and has experienced a significant decline in mobility. He often lacks the strength to move from one room to another. The situation is dire, and his condition is far worse than I can describe. One of the treatments he requires costs $250 per month, and unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover it. It's heartbreaking to ask for help, but it's desperately needed.
