Help Edgar Receive a Life-Saving Kidney Transplant

Hello everyone, my name is Edgar Vazquez.

I’m not someone who usually asks for help, but today I find myself in a situation where I truly need it. I’m creating this GoFundMe because I am in urgent need of a kidney transplant.

For the past few years, I’ve been undergoing dialysis. I do my best to stay strong, but it has been a long and difficult journey — physically, emotionally, and financially. On top of that, I live with diabetes, and recently I had to have a toe amputated due to complications.

I’m now trying to register for a kidney transplant list in another state to increase my chances of finding a match. Unfortunately, there are significant costs involved in the process including travel, lodging, and medical fees and that’s why I’m reaching out for help.

It breaks my heart to see how much my life has changed from being able to work, provide, and live a normal, active life to now facing daily medical challenges. More than anything, I want the chance to live a longer life to be here to watch my children grow and to keep making memories with my family.
