Michelle and Eddie need your help. This go fund me started as a way to help Eddie and Michelle keep from losing a place to live as the program Eddie got the apartment through said he could only be out of the apartment for 90 days. That was fixed.. Michelle devoted five months constantly advocating for Eddie and making sure he was treated with love and respect from the doctors at the VA hospital. She stuck around even when she received opposition. She held her head up and pushed on.

Eddie's Journey started on July 2nd of 2020. After 5 long months that included three bouts with pneumonia, 3 different about with ards, 6 different chest tubes from collapsed lungs; 1 chest tube was done without any anesthesia or pain meds in an emergency situation, three bronchoscopies, a trach, a central line, and a lung surgery to remove a golf ball size piece of his lungs; Eddie took his last breath at 3:44 p.m. on December 6th 2020.
On top of Michelle grieving the loss of her fiancee, she hasn't been able to properly deal with the loss. She has to focus on looking for a place to live because she does not qualify to stay in the apartment. She has been out of work since March because of the pandemic and is about to lose her unemployment. Michelle has been looking for work but because of Covid19 jobs are harder to find. Michelle has several people helping her get things together. The problem is she needs money for a down payment to get into a place. She only has until December 31st to make this happen.
