hi my name is Robin. I am currently trying to raise money for my sister and her husband, Ed Spurlock. Ed was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic colon cancer. It has spread through his entire body. The cancer has spread to his liver, colon, and kidneys. He is having a colostomy this friday....He was given around two years to live and, he doesn't have insurance. Him and his wife, my sister, have to spend several hours a day driving to and from the hospital in Athens, which is an hour away, as well as the hours upon hours they spend at the hospital during tests and chemo. We have never been the wealthiest family, and it's taking alot from each and every one of us to put Ed through chemo and give him a little longer. One thing I've always loved about Ed was that he dedicated alot of his life to animals. He owned and cared for MANY animals throughout his life. Im trying to do the same for him as he did for the animals and his loved ones. Im not asking for a handout or for anyone to go out of their way, however anything will help. We know Ed doesn't have much longer but any penny can and will help. Thank you for your consideration.
