Help Eagle Eye's Heal

Eagle Eye's, a tenacious grassroots activist and shíshálh
elder, has suffered a severe stroke and is currently in the ICU at Royal Columbian Hospital. 

Eagle Eye's is unable to work due to other serious health concerns and currently lives in unstable low-income housing with his son, Junior, and 7 other family members (in a 3 bedroom apartment). 

This stroke brings new challenges that he, his son and the rest of the family will need to navigate in a system that isn't in their favour. 

Donations will go directly to Eagle Eyes and his family to help break down barriers associated with housing, food, medication, and transportation costs. We are still waiting for the Doctors full prognosis and will update here as soon as we can but we know that Eagle Eyes currently has very limited mobility on his right side and is mostly being kept sedated right now, due to a significant brain bleed. 

Our silver lining is that he squeezed Juniors hand in response to questions about an hour ago so we know he's still here with us <3
