<div>Though once a lesser-known ensemble, our choir has flourished over the years, evolving into a vibrant, spirited entity that has profoundly impacted the lives of countless individuals. Initially known as the EAGA Gospel Choir, we later gained the alias name DMU Gospel Choir during our affiliation with De Montfort University from 2004 to 2020. Despite our growth and recognition, our core purpose, vision, and dedication remain unwavering.

<div>Our contributions have garnered appreciation, including official recognition from The Lord Mayor of Leicester in 2015. We proudly highlight achievements such as winning the esteemed BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year 2023 and nomination for the Leicester City Award 2024. Notable performances include the honour of singing for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her Diamond Jubilee in Leicester.
