Hi, my name is Grace and my Husband is Daniel.

He had a severe Ankle injury during a car crash about 15 years ago. He did not have insurance so the Doctor put the hardware in his ankle to stabilize it and told him that he'd never walk again.

He is very strong willed and determined, HE rehabilitated himself and went back to serving/waiting tables.

Now, we find ourselves in quite a pickle.

His hardware has shifted to the point that he needs another surgery. They say that they will need to open it up again, remove all of the old hardware, clean all of the scar growth out and install new hardware. We can't put this off any longer due to the unbearable pain that he is suffering every shift.

Luckily, we do have Health Insurance through my Job this time.

Unfortunately, we have had 2 Covid related deaths in our immediate family this year and have exhausted all of our vacation time. He doesn't have Short term Disability. He will be out of work, recovering, for 6 months before we know if/how he will be able to work again.

I am just hoping that we will be Blessed with enough to cover Copays, medical devices to aid in healing and work we will miss. We are having to downsize and move home for a while so I am looking at moving expenses as well.
