This building has been a wonderful home to us over the past 6 years, and I know it will continue to meet our needs with its sprung floors, floor to ceiling mirrors, two-way viewing mirrors, parking lot, and access to the river trail and parks.

<div>Purchasing our building has been a dream for several years. When the opportunity came up this summer, I jumped on it. This means that while I have the financial backing (working with our fantastic local banks), several deadlines are coming up quickly that require significant investments. This is the catalyst for my email: raising funds for all the pieces that are due between now and closing.
