HELP DRAKO WITH SURGERY

Donation protected

Hello everyone . This week has probably one of the hardest weeks ever for me . I have an 22 month French Bulldog named Drako .
This past Wednesday he became extremely ill . He had eaten a squeaky object from his toy of which he had thrown up already however that same day he threw up more than 20 times . After waiting it out through Wednesday night, hoping he would feel better the next morning , my dog was NOT the same . Drako who’s a very energetic dog , ALWAYS pulls on his leash outside , went to walking inches at a time , and would just stand there even if you walked away . When laying down , after calling his name , not even a wiggle of his ear . He won’t eat and won’t drink !

We took him to the emergency vet Thursday morning, after keeping him there over night , with a bill of 3k, during lunch we receive a call only for them to tell us that what seems to be a “foreign object” hasn't moved after TWO ultrasounds. & that they would need to perform a surgery . Being frustrated on thinking that Vets were just in it for our money , I went to the vet to take my dog home . They had us sign the discharge papers and I brought him back . Once I got back , he was very weak but I figured maybe because they gave him one final dose of his IV that they hooked onto him . But it’s been one full day of not drinking any water , won’t eat anything (obviously) , and he’s been having diarrhea without even noticing it like while laying down or going outside for a potty break. It tears my heart to see my dog like this. Also very saddening that as pet owners we try to go all out for them but having a vet tell you that they " think" it's a foreign object and we have to pay for this does not help one bit. Last night i cried all night just laying next to him. Just praying he would get better. The only thing keeping me up for majority of the night was his snoring. When he stopped snoring was when i worried.
Hardest part about having pets is that when things go wrong, unlike humans, we are able to show some sign of communication to tell us what is wrong, for pets, we are just to bring them in and let others tell us what they think it is.
If you , or anyone you know might be able to contribute to my dogs well-being, any help with be very much appreciated. Thank you for reading.
