<div>Hello friends, my name is Mariana Vamplew and I'm raising funds to evacuate Dr. Ola Madi, a sixth year medical student, from Gaza as well as her husband Mohammed and her sons Sami, aged 4 and Kenan aged 7 months.

<div>Dr. Ola has a standing offer to continue and finish her medical studies in Turkey, which were cut short during the war. Her medical school as well as most hospitals in Gaza are now decimated.

<div>Ola's initial target was $15,000USD, as she and her husband made the harrowing decision to raise only what was needed to evacuate her and the children and leave him in Gaza. This amount includes evacuation fees for all four of them, as well as the cost of them going to Turkey. So many families in Gaza have been torn apart by death and displacement. Let’s do all we can to keep this family together and allow them to thrive in peace and freedom.

<div>I am Ola Madi , a sixth year medical student from Gaza and a mother of two little kids Sami 4 years and Kenan 7 months .

<div>Yes I know my life was a little bit crowded but it's now turned upside down !

<div>My university has been destroyed so the only way to graduate is via joining a medical school outside Gaza as a visitor student for 12 months , I attended my university for six years and I was supposed to graduate as a doctor this year .

<div>I have struggled a lot to join faculty of medicine , since I was young I always dreamt of being a doctor that gives hope and care for others .
</div>

</div>
<div>I studied hardly in the past six years ,the road from university to home takes 2 hours daily ,we had huge number of lectures and exams , I have spent hundreds of days in studying for long hours , I have spent all the money I get to the fees of university , it was exhausting mission add to this I was a mother and a housewife .

<div>But I never lost a hope of a promising future .

<div>I was very happy that finally reached the wanted year , year of graduating .
</div>

<div>But unfortunately my university was destroyed ina blink of an eye , the hospitals where we used to have our clinical training were also destroyed , add to this the system of my university was destroyed . hence the only way I can graduate is via travelling outside and complete as a visitor student and then it will be equal to the sixth year , I have spent 5 months in escaping from place to a place , our life shouldn’t be wasted like this .

<div>I am a mother of two kids prone to be killed at any time by the insane war in Gaza . I always have panic attacks imagining losing my two little kids and thinking of the many years and efforts which I spent in raising up them . You might wonder how I was a mother and a medical student at the same time , yet the real wonder is how could all this be wasted in a stupid war .

<div>This is what happened to our house , you could imagine that we survived in a miracle.
</div>

<div>Like all women in Gaza , I am doing hard missions in everyday , I have to cook on fire despite of my allergic rhinitis , I have to wash heavy clothes in this cold weather everyday , we didn’t have electricity since the start of the war .
</div>

</div>
<div>I have to make bread and bake it by myself .we suffer from inadequate amount of food , we suffer a lot to get some clean water to drink . everything is challenging .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In addition , my husband has lost his work in this cruel war, all things are very expensive that we cannot afford anymore .
</div>

</div>
<div>Five months ago , My old son "Sami" was so excited in his first year at kindergarten, but right now is suffering panic disorders and hanger , he got sick many times but we didn’t find antibiotics to give to him . My youngest "Kenan" made us feel the happiest with his birth 6 months ago, today his torturing saddens me being so young to witness evacuating in cold weather and lack of healthcare. We used to love life and feel its joy, but we reached a level that life is impossible but out of Gaza. Our lives and dreams shouldn't be wasted this way, we don't deserve any of what is happening; killing, terror, pollution, diseases, viruses, rockets, lack of food, water, electricity and sleep. even refugee schools are being bombed , and our life in Rafah is not guaranteed , we could be killed anytime if not by rockets, by diseases spread due to crowdedness, respiratory illnesses due to smell of phosphorus and smoke of fire. Any attempt of ceasefire is refused and our life is threatened if we don't get the needed fees for travel by which you can save my education and my kids' lives .
