<div>Dr. Ishaya has been battling dilated cardiomyopathy since 2018, a serious condition that weakens the heart’s ability to pump blood. While medication helped for a while, his health has drastically deteriorated in the past 8 months. He now suffers from severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV) with symptoms even at rest, including breathlessness, swelling, and extreme fatigue.

<div>He has been referred for Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy with Defibrillator (CRTD) — a specialized device implantation that could save his life. Unfortunately, the procedure is costly and must be done urgently.
