Help Doug the Pug fight cancer!

My brother is a local restaurant manager who has worked harder than anyone i know during this pandemic to keep his restaurant open and his staff employed. He never asks anyone for help and has always been incredibly independent, but now he needs help.

His beloved 7 year old dog, Doug the Pug recently started to limp and developed a lump on his leg. The initial vet visit determine he had a burst joint capsule. It was determined after blood work and a joint tap that he indeed has cancer. He is scheduled for a biopsy tomorrow to determine the exact type and extent, but they believe it to be a type of soft tissue sarcoma. 

Best case scenario the cancer will be limited
to his leg and will need an amputation. Worst
case scenario, he has maybe a year left. 

My brother lives alone, he has already spent 
$1100 on tests, the biopsy was quoted at
$2600 for tomorrow. After that the cost of treatment will be extensive. My brother may need to take time off from work to care for Doug.
