Doreen has been a gift to so many people in her dedication and selflessness. She has been such a giving person often to the detriment of herself. She often challenged those around her to overcome and rise up to a new level, but did so with love, compassion and encouragement.
We, as her family, would like to offer the opportunity to give back to such an incredible person in her quest to recover from cancer. We have chosen to seek alternative methods to deal with this cancer due to Doreen's physical condition which could not tolerate the chemo treatment. These alternative treatments and the lodging, travel and food expenses associated with such are not covered by insurance.
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our piece was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed" - Isaiah 53:5
