<div>Met veel verdriet delen we mee dat onze goede vrienden Dominique Curvers en Patrick Liesse getroffen zijn door een verwoestende woningbrand in Henis/Tongeren na een blikseminslag. In enkele ogenblikken verloren zij hun woning, al hun persoonlijke bezittingen en dierbare herinneringen die nooit vervangen kunnen worden. Hun huis is onbewoonbaar verklaard.

<div>Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, hebben zij ook afscheid moeten nemen van hun geliefde kat, een trouwe huisgenoot die deel uitmaakte van hun gezin. Dit verlies brengt enorm veel verdriet met zich mee bovenop de materiële schade.

<div>Vandaag staan zij voor de moeilijke taak om hun leven opnieuw op te bouwen. Ze hebben nood aan de meest noodzakelijke zaken zoals kleding, verzorgingsproducten, huishoudelijke spullen en tijdelijke huisvesting.
