Help Dominick fight Leukemia

My beloved brother, Dominick Vavala, suffered a Heart Attack 10 weeks ago, requiring bypass surgery and a 6-week recovery.  Last week, after developing soars, he visited Lakewood Ranch Hospital, where he and his family was delivered some devastating news.  He has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, which is an extremely aggressive form of the disease.  He is being admitted to the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL for an aggressive, 30-day in-house Chemotherapy treatment.

Throughout this entire ordeal, my brother has been unable to go to work.  Medical co-pays, deductibles, and related expenses are mounting; all the while he is unable to earn his regular income.  Another added hardship is the distance the hospital is from Dominick and his wife, Mary's, home.  Mary will be taking numerous trips back and forth between their residence and the hospital for visits.
