Django's vet bills

Django is a 6 years old tabby boy who has been struggling with his health since June 2019. It started out with repeat severe constipation until I recently got the news that he is suffering from anal stricture. Meaning his anus is unable to function properly and as a result he cannot poop in his own. He has gone from 24lbs to 15lbs in only a few months due to his initial constipation problems.

We don't know if that is the result of when in last december he suffered from anal tear due to his constipation. I took him to the vet then and he had seemed to recover from that but at another appointment they noticed the stricture.

I have been going to the vet frequently to get him cleaned out and the vet bills are using up any savings I had. The best they can do is put him under anesthesia and do rectal cleanings. Without anesthesia it is almost impossible to work with him. But doing the anesthesia is $110 each time and I could never afford to do that every week.

He means the world to me and he still has so much life and love to give. My only options unless I come up with money for a potential surgery is putting him down. Just the thought of it send me into tears. It feels so unfair to have put down such a nice and otherwise healthy cat.
