Help Dixie's Defense against cancer

My sister Dixie has a breast cancer diagnosis. Cancer. A word I've heard too many times in my family and my husband's family. Dixie is my fourth sibling to be diagnosed with cancer, all survivors. I want Dixie to survive. I need Dixie to survive. She's my eldest sibling, my dear friend, my Christian sister, she's the first one I call on when I need prayer. She shares my history and fills in the gaps of my memories in the absence of our mom and the lack of full presence of our dad.
Four short years ago Dixie found herself widowed and on her own. With the love and support of family, her faith in Jesus and gratitude for the years spent with Reggie, she's now living a quiet, simple life with her pets. She enjoys living in Phoenix with all the sunny days, walking her dogs, spending time at the pool, reading and any opportunity to travel to visit her siblings and their families. Many weekends throughout the year she helps to raise funds for children in Arizona Foster Care. She's experienced first hand the kindness and generosity of the hearts of people desiring to help others. And now she's in need of those kind and generous hearts on her behalf.
Dixie actively pursues a healthy lifestyle, she's proactive with her health by providing her body what it needs to function in the way it's meant to. That doesn't change in how she's approaching this diagnosis. She's chosen an alternative treatment that allows her body to work at healing itself. She and her doctor have an initial 4 month plan in place. Because the alternative treatment is not covered by insurance our family was able to provide her with funds to get started right away. We need your help to make sure she has the rest of the funds needed to complete the four months without interruption. After her first few treatments she has experienced extreme weakness which has kept her from working the past couple of weeks. Those symptoms are improving but she's going to need some financial help with her monthly bills for a while.
