<div>Now, my foot is injured, and there is shrapnel from missiles embedded in it. These missiles have been killing us, but by God's grace, my family and I miraculously survived. Now, I am suffering and cannot remove the shrapnel because there is no anesthesia due to the crossings being closed repeatedly. Isreal prevents the entry of medicine and painkillers, which affects me greatly. We have also suffered immensely from the lack of food, as the closing of borders also avoids food to enter Gaza and me and my family are starving.
