My vehicle is not a luxury — it is how I get to work, take my child to school and daycare, buy groceries, and handle everyday responsibilities. Without it, I am struggling deeply. This situation has placed an overwhelming emotional and financial strain on me. I feel powerless and unheard. I have serious concerns about how my vehicle could go missing while under the responsibility of a repair shop. I believe there are important questions that need to be answered about what happened and how this was allowed to occur.
