<div>Alex's wife was diagnosed with <strong>Stage IV breast cancer</strong>.

<div>Instead of spending these precious months simply enjoying life with their newborn daughter, they are now consumed by doctors' appointments, scans, treatments, and the uncertainty that accompanies such a devastating diagnosis.

<div>What makes this story even more heartbreaking is that Alex's wife has dedicated her own life to caring for others. As a <strong>Pediatric Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital</strong>, she has spent countless days and nights comforting frightened children, supporting anxious parents, and providing compassionate care to families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
