Hi, I'm reaching out to friends and family to assist me with my gofund me campaigne for my sister Destiny Nieves (nee Haas).
She fought a long complicated battle with cancer which sadly ended on September 19, 2018. Destiny was a beloved daughter, loving wife, devoted mother and caring sister. She leaves behind her husband Marcos Nieves and daughter Justina Nieves. Her long battle with cancer has been a physical, emotional and financial burden on her as well as her family. It's with a heavy heart that I reach out to those who knew Destiny and would like to help her with expenses for the proper funeral service that she deserves. I'm asking everyone who is thinking of sending flowers to please donate to this fund instead.
Destiny was diagnosed with cancer 9 years ago. She received treatment and struggled to return to work as an surgical technician. Destiny was a life long resident of Gloucester county, New Jersey, she transferred to Arizona with Marcos and Justina to presue her dream job less than 90 days after starting her new job her cancer returned with a vengeance.
Destiny spent her final days doing her best to try and make arrangements with very limited resources, she knew the financial burden a funeral places on a family. She made modest choices and did not suggest anything extravagant. My only hope is to provide her with a dignified proper service. If you could support my go fund me by making a donation in my sister's honor I would greatly appreciate it.
