Deserae's Recovery Fund

On Sunday morning July 29th Deserae was on her way home when a car came into oncoming traffic and hit Des’ car head-on. As a result of the car accident, Des had to have a two-level spinal fusion in her lower back. Des is currently recovering at home and is in very good spirits. She won’t be able to return to work for a few more weeks and even when she does return she most likely won’t be able to work full time. She has used all of her PTO and her work denied her request to use donated PTO from her work pool. Her work is still in the process of getting her short-term disability approved and she will be in a legal battle for months with the man that hit her and caused the accident. Because of these financial hardships we are looking for some help and donations to assist Des with paying her rent and incidentals until she can return to work full time.
