<div>Last year I &amp; 60 other people were displaced from an apartment flood on December 3rd, for 4 1/ 2 months. This Christmas Jack Jack &amp; I are in a pretty dire situation &amp; it's entirely my fault.

<div>I've been hit with an 30 day eviction notice &amp; have till January 11th to fix it or vacate. My new landlord wants my whole monthly income, for a full year - to pay what I owe. Simply this isn't realistic, especially with low income HUD housing. I can pay it back in 2 years, but they won't negotiate with me at all. There's no rental assistance vouchers left with SNAP at this time.

<div> My nervous system is fried &amp; I've been sick for weeks now. This Christmas season has already been difficult just with my work. I've been given a co-management position, with no extra pay. All of the stress of keeping the momentum of the store has been on my shoulders.

<div>I love downtown where I live, I love the life I've made for myself, &amp; I have goals to achieve. This eviction will ruin &amp; derail everything I've built up post homelessness 2017 &amp; I simply don't have a place to go. So I'd rather keep my housing. I'm somebody whose endured extensive trauma, I'm also an incredibly proud person. From my lived experiences I'm very reluctant to ask for help.

<div>I've contacted the local tenants union for advice, Looking into free legal counsel too. And possibly a co - signer for a bank loan. Anything to remove this deadline over me &amp; keep my home. This fundraiser with your financial $$ donations is another helpful thing so I can keep my home in the new year. I owe 12,000 &amp; am trying to raise at least 3 grand.
