Help Dereck Connors & Family after burn accident

I am asking for help for Dereck Connors and his family. Dereck Connors had a accident that caused severe burns to his hands and legs on 9/11/21. He had to be taken by Life Flight 3 hours away from home to the Portland burn unit.

These injuries are going to require skin grafts and a very lengthy recovery time. This means he will not be able to work, and will also mean his wife Veronika will have to take a lot of time off from her business to help take care of him and his recovery as well as their large blended family.

Veronika and Dereck are long time advocates and activists in the herbal communities and have put a lot of work and sacrifice in helping to keep natural alternatives available to millions of people.

They have always been the ones to reach out and help anyone that they saw needed help and have selflessly helped a lot of us through some of the worst moments of our lives . Yet they would never ask for help themselves. That is why I am asking for them. There is going to be a lot of medical debt to come from all of this as well as expenses for Veronika to travel to be near him, and general life expenses which will be difficult to cover with so much lost income. I am asking everyone to please help with any donations you can give and to share this so that we can try to make life a little easier for them during this extremely difficult time.
